Claire and I recently toured Bob's Red Mill plant, where they mill tons of every conceivable type of grain for sale in groceries stores across the country. In the middle of the tour, who should walk in but Bob himself. He is a very nice down-to-earth guy who gave the company to his employees when he "retired" three years ago.
